I used the hint which gave “steamify”

Initially, i tried to scour through his steam profile but had no luck of finding anything ( Steam profile from his discord links )

Clue stated steamify, which led me to Spotify and decided to search “Russell Yap”

The second account had a playlist called “lagging and crashing”.

It consisted of one song, which was the flag.
